Maarten has 20+ years of experience in leadership development, guiding leaders across sectors with a practical, authentic approach. He holds a Master of Business Law from Utrecht University and extensively trained in Leadership Development, Training Design, and Executive Coaching. Also a certified Situational Leadership Trainer & Facilitator, Human Impact Guide & Facilitator, and Rational Effectiveness Trainer.
