Being a part of Savvy will connect you with 10 other Cowichan female business owners. They will become your accountability group and sounding board for challenges and opportunities. Savvy also helps with work-life balance with strategies for how you balance your full-time “home” job with your full-time running a business job. Savvy also gives you insight to avoid burn-out. Every monthly workshop is facilitated by Ingrid Vaughn. For over 20 years, Ingrid has worked with small businesses in senior HR management roles and she owns and operates the Smart Leadership ACADEMY that was developed as a platform for leaders to learn together while growing their confidence and competence in leading their teams and businesses.
