Sweetwater Distilling Co. owned and operated by the Walls family, with deep local roots on Salt Spring Island and three generations of history in the distilling business. They nurture their small batch spirits from farm to bottle using local ingredients. Their bespoke two-column 500-litre copper pot still allows them to produce craft spirits with incredible quality and purity and it's the fresh mountain spring water that gives their distillery its name.
