Mental health awareness is crucial as it helps to reduce stigma, encourages individuals to seek help, and promotes understanding of mental health issues. The day serves as an opportunity for governments, organizations, and communities to discuss mental health challenges and advocate for better mental health services and support systems. 

Mental Health and Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship offers incredible opportunities for growth and innovation, but it also comes with unique challenges that can impact mental health. This workshop will provide tools and insights to address common emotional and psychological hurdles faced by entrepreneurs. Through a 1-hour presentation followed by a 30-minute Q&A session, attendees will explore critical topics like overcoming self-doubt, managing setbacks, and building resilience. Please note that this session will not be recorded.

Focus Topics include:
 1. Self-Doubt: Understanding its origins and strategies to overcome it.
2. Fear of Failure and Success: Identifying fears and reframing them for growth.
3. Avoiding Burnout: Practical methods for maintaining balance and energy.
4. Roadblocks and Setbacks: Strategies for navigating challenges with resilience.
5. What Motivates You: Reflecting on personal and professional drivers.
6. Relationship with Money: Exploring how financial perspectives shape entrepreneurial decisions.
